Wasabi-Ginger Salmon on a bed of slow-baked onions
Cantonese fried Chow-Mein with vegetarian toppings

MAN! Your food always looks SO incredible!! Do you guys take turns cooking? Or is it one person always cooks? Who’s more creative in the taste of the food and who’s more creative in the presentation of the food?

Wow, those look amazing! I love cooking myself, but I’ve never documented any of my experiments. 0_o Maybe I should start. Good job!

Joeie, we both take turns cooking, i’ve got spurts of creativity, Yvz is typically creative and trying new things. i’ve been jazzing up my presentations more recently, but have no clue what i’m doing.
Acom… yes, food’s all about experimenting… even better when you can share it with others!
